Transformation
Posted May 25, 2009 by Bodhi
Transformation In every morning as the sun rises
All of the world and life it refreshes
The pains and hurts of the past day
Are healed by the balm of time's passing
And as all of us travel our own way
The new day gives us another lease another blessing

In time all our lessons and experiences
Rests in our heart, mind, and soul's recesses
They are not lost on the day we die
Inside humanity's collective spirit they lie
On conjure a better future, a better generation
So we move forward towards our true transformation.

The Intention of the Universe
Posted January 14, 2009 by Bodhi
Amazing when you come to think about how the body create new anti bodies with every new strain of bacteria---that even if thousands have already died of that virus, a time will come when somebody will develop an anti body to fight it out. Amazing to think about how creeping beings through years of evolution eventually developed wings in order to fly and transcend gravity. Amazing to think about how we eventually evolved from apes. If the universe is only 12-20 billion years old, how could we have evolved so fast when we have to conquer a trillion trillion trillion trillion other odds to arrive at this point? Thus we cannot escape but think that the universe has an intention directed at the good. The secret of "The Secret" is that when we align our dreams and visions with the Intention of the Universe--the impossible becomes possible.

Amazing Evolution
Posted December 11, 2008 by Bodhi
It's really amazing that the whole universe began just a big as a size of a thumb when it exploded; and that we are still part of that giant explosion. Its amazing how from this giant explosion inanimate matter such as earth, wind, fire and water systematically arranged itself to produce the first life forms. Its amazing how eventually life would evolve into a being who thinks and who thinks about thinking--and that this being can make new and novel creations adding on complexity with each creation in society, and culture and technology and life. Its amazing how it only took about 15 billion years for this giant explosion to come up with a thinking being that would know of its luminous origins. Yet the human being is in the brink of total annihilation for he has created a social cybernetic system that leads to self destruction. If humanity can use his mind and rationality well, then it would lead to a new era of unending transformation and metamorphosis. It would be an age of unparalleled beauty of the human spirit!

Babies are older than us
Posted November 15, 2008 by Bodhi
Come to Newborn babies are always older than us from the point of view of genetics and evolution. Think of it this way, our present genes have evolved through millenia incorporating novel ways of being until we are now what we are. At present we are the highest product of evolution surpassing the skills and accomplishments of our ancestors. We have quality genes because so far we have survived...remember survival of the fittest? This means that we are the fittest even we are living up to now. We pass on our genes to the newborns. When we choose partners with which we will produce children, we unconsciously choose the best genes in town. Thus the baby will have the best genes ever. From the point of view of the oldest development then, the babies are oldest. Hahaha. If you believe in reincarnation, you would count how many lifetimes you would have. Most probably, the baby has more lifetimes than you because he has just acquired another lifetime by being born.

New Paradigms New Perspectives
Posted June 24, 2008 by Bodhi
New Paradigms New Perspectives The evolution of consciousness is basically the expansion and deepening of perspectives. ..The old modes of doing and thinking cannot anymore solve the problems of our age. We must and higher modes of living and looking at things. Holism is a new paradigm that intuits the solutions of the problems of our age. It connotes that living and non living components function as an integrative and complete whole. It considers that all things are wholes which are a part of a larger whole or holons (Arthur Koesler) It means the interrelatedness of all things, organic wholeness, non-separation of lives, the great chain of being, ecology, universal kinship. It is the unity and struggle of opposites as holons unite themselves to larger wholes and at the same time struggle their own autonomy—as of night and day, male and female, life and death, male and female. Holism holds that the universe is made up of complete integrated systems or wholes, which stretch from the micro to the macrocosmic levels. The whole is more than the sum of its parts. Everything is related to its context, hence is dependent on the whole. Process and change exceeds static stability. All parts of the kosmos form one vast , complex, inextricable whole. All is one and one is all. The creative emergence of the larger view of life signals the beginning of the end and the arrival of the new!:wink:
