First off, my name is Casandra. Meaning She Who Shines Upon Man (Or Dooms them, whichever version you feel fits).

I go by a few nicknames... Cassy, Sassy, Sassifer, Enigma and Casifer Demonicus.

I was born and raised in Canada, however, my background is rather diverse. On my mother's side I'm scandinavian... Mainly Danish & Norwegian with some hints of German. On my father's side I'm blessed with English & Irish (so THAT's why I love Guinness!!!).. hehe


I'm a rather interesting person, or so I think. You will either love me or hate me. There's no grey area with me!

Let's just say, If I were the president of a country.. I'd have assassination attempts every day! Oh what a thrill that would be. =-)

I'm an open-minded, spiritual (but non religious), vegetarian, tell-it-like-it-is but step back and take-it-all-in kinda gal.

I love to debate with like-minded individuals about anything diverging from religion and "isms" to quantum theory and black holes!

I highly respect opinions. No one person is 100% correct.

I'm always right, TO ME. My opinions are 100% right... for ME. Meanwhile, someone else's opinions are 100% right for them. Do you see where I'm going with this?

If people didn't disagree, or differ in views... the world would be a very humdrum and imbalanced place! Just imagine, everyone agreeing. Where would the passion go? The education, the theories, the conflict, the emotions? THE WORLD WOULD SURELY END!

I'm a passionate lover and self-unearthed protector of the Animal Kingdom. Being a Serpentarius on the cusp of Sag... It has always been in my nature to assume my duty as a healer and caregiver to those less fortunate.

That being said, I share a life with 6 lovely Feline Friends (Mia Bella, Little One, Anubis, Menelaus, Name, Deadre), 1 Ferret (Sarah Lynn), 2 Frogs (Eridanus & Neptune) and 2 new Hermit Crabs (Kaimana & Asherah). I used to care for 2 Bearded Dragons (Aglaia & Dionysus)... however, due to a series of unforeseen events, I was forced to hand them to someone else to care for. I miss them dearly.

I have raised 3 litters of cats by bottle... even in the animal kingdom parents can be neglectful! Kittens are just like babies... cries every 2 hours for food, pooping everywhere, making a mess of their faces with food, getting into trouble, etc... hehe. How I love it.
