While you crunch those numbers, I'll crunch & munch on my Tasty Homemade Bread. I just did this aggressive body cleanse over the past two days and it almost got the best of me. Luckily for the wonderful people here, They fed my hunger with conversation and thought; Which just happens to be my favorite food:biggrin:

Let me describe this body cleanse; incase you want to do it too. You are only allowed to have 4 ounces of a fruity cleanse juice 4 times a day to equal 16 oz of food or One pound. My cycle was: 8am,12pm.4pm,8pm. One hour after every 4 ounce juice hit (1/2 cup) I was allowed to eat two fresh almonds. Not roasted, but fresh. I have an almond tree growing so I have an endless supply for me and my squirrels.
The first day was quite easy and the juice is really good. But the 2nd day; which was yesterday was the most difficult. By 2pm I was extremely tired and woozy:dizzy:
But I made it to my deadline and feel great today:biggrin:

I have to do it again over a three week period and I'm not looking forward to any of those days.:sad:
It's hard to only have 1 pound of liquid food and 8 almonds in one day, and to do it in back to back days proves that you can do anything. But to get this 8 pack to form correctly, I need to make some sacrifices. Remember if you do it, You body will change for the better, But you can only make the change happen if you stop ingesting those “cancer biscuits.”
The name of the cleanse is: IsaGenix Brand = “IsaCleanse”
This bread is quite yummy, I think it’s the best bread that I’ve ever had in my whole life

I'm not offering any advise~I'm just having a conversation with a friend. Nothing exciting is going on with me; It’s just happening around me~Just a bunch of lunches to fill my free days and a few baked breads to fill my evenings. Perhaps I have a few movie projects and children's books in the works, But those are for later,nothing important to advertise right now.
I'm just getting to know all of the beautiful souls that fill this site with magic; that I've overlooked by focusing on my own selfishness.
Any writings from now on, will only be posted if they were inspired by someone here. I can say that the Cat Found story in our Beautiful Day group was to help Lara find her Giggles again. Steven has a poem coming too but it’s unfinished, He has already had a glimpse of it through a private posting. Bodhi has inspired quite a large number of poems by sharing his beautiful writings with us everyday. MegSell lives an amazing Eco-Friendly lifestyle and knows how to change the world for the better with Worms & Wisdom. My sweet friend Whatahoot; makes me smile everyday by just showing up and being an angel in disguise. Lynne has helped me find my voice for our silent friends. Catherine as the self appointed entertainment committee has been a breath of honey everyday and always goes out of her way to make us all smile. Beyond Poetry is a brilliant and blessed writer and her poetry takes me beyond words. So as I said before, Nothing exciting with me; but it’s happening all around me.

I’m just a product of my environment~I surround myself in beautiful~So that’s what I try to offer back. But there are others like me out there. They’ve been there for years painting & carving on the walls throughout time. You probably work with a few right now and just don’t know it. It’s fairly easy to share beautiful thoughts through my glowy box; while we’re worlds apart. I bet that in the construction industry there are quite a few hidden Casanova’s waiting in the silence and writing just like me. In fact; I was in the construction industry when I was 18-22 secretly paying my way through engineering school. I was one of the hidden writers that posted poetry on office walls and never said a thing about it as I watched all of the Ladies hearts melt and fall.
Dont miss out on the obviouse, Not everyone can be eye candy at first. I evolved into the man that I was destined to be; after being just plain ugly.
