I'm Liz, I'm taking life for a ride.

Although I don't define myself by it, I believe it's important for this site to mention that I'm vegan, went vegan a little over a year ago. I've been vegetarian my whole life, born and raised that way by my parents. It makes sense, it's better for your health, it's better for the environment, it's better for animals, it's better for the world. Do it.
