Mother of 8 (3 female felines, and 3 male felines), and 1 adult skin kid (AND I feed the multitude of crows over the winter) Call us crazy....cat people, bird people. We have a love for all little creatures...
back to me.... I have been training in the gym for over 4 years, I work out 5 days a week with my husband. We enjoy many things and shooting is one that we enjoy alot, (hes a wonderful photographer with over 25 years in the advertising industry primarily shooting fashion (www.johnmorrisonphotographer.com) I am his biggest fan to say the least. We have shot personally over 20,000 images in 5 years..
We both are fitness trainers I received my certificate in sports nutrition and now working on Personal Fitness Chef certification, and my wellness Course. One step at a time. My life to date has been continuous learning, I have acquired over the years as a facilitator (employment specialist, job coach, and career practitioner), and counseling skills (Reality Therapy Choice Theory, Carcuff counseling, to name a few). We have aspirations and are in the process of something exciting. I will share more as the project begins to unfold.

Good luck with your personal fitness chef certification. Making the right food combinations is very important for a great health!! I have yet to gather more info on 'food combinations' and how it affects our energy levels!
