Fit for Life
ABOUT
I moved to Boulder in November of 2006 and practice as a chiropractor and personal trainer/coach.

Since my clinic abroad visit to Brazil in October of 2006, I still haven't forgotten how touched I
was with working with adults and children of all ages who have never heard of chiropractic care. Since then I made a promise to do missionary trips
at least once a year.

I went to Honduras the first week of September. to provide my services to children in 2 different orphanages I was given a list of children with clothing sizes. so brought items and Spanish Bibles to the children.

While there I did some chiropractic care and fitness contults in two fitness centers. Shortly after leaving Honduras, once of the centers lost their fitness director, so the owner offered me a proprosal I could not refuse.

I moved to Hondruas December 2nd, 2007. My goal is to get a large chiropractic center going here as there is only one other true chiropractor I know of in the entire country.

Happy Thoughts to You! Catherine

Happiness = pleasure, joy, exhilaration, bliss, contentedness, delight, enjoyment, satisfaction. Happiness, bliss, contentment, felicity imply an active or passive state of pleasure or pleasurable satisfaction. Happiness results from the possession or attainment of what one considers good: the happiness of visiting one's family. Bliss is unalloyed happiness or supreme delight: the bliss of perfect companionship. Contentment is a peaceful kind of happiness in which one rests without desires, even though every wish may not have been gratified: contentment in one's surroundings. Felicity is a formal word for happiness of an especially fortunate or intense kind: to wish a young couple felicity in life. [Dictionary.com]
