Like everyone else, I too have a story to tell, only I choose not to. I live my day as it is, in this moment because it is the only true thing that exist, this moment. Not the past, not the future, now. Its taken me many years to see life this way and there are some days that my new found "Isness" escapes me and I allow the residual of who I have been play the part. Its not easy and I will not pretend and say it is. The important thing is to remember to let your heart lead you in times of dispear. I've learned this the hard way, but it was my way, for me. As long as your heart is open, you can always find your way home.

WHAT YOU DO TO HELP THE WORLD

People who feed off their own insecurity and want you to enable their actions. People who challange for the sake of personal conflict. Not allowing chlidren to be children. Cruelty to animals, they need love too. Mean, bitter people...they make me sad. I don't like being sad.
