Trying to come up with a headline was not easy for this. I have collected the following recipes for several years. These are the recipes that make people exclaim "eeewww" or "what were they thinking"?

However strange these recipes (or the recipe titles) sound, they are actually really good.

When I was a child I always resisted my grandmother's bread pudding. I know it was the title of "bread pudding" that made it seem unappetizing. Do you remember the episode of Married With Children where for some reason Steve was cooking for Al and he made these little roasted potatoes that Al just adored?  While I can't remember most of the episode I am think about Al Bundie and his love for those little roasted potatoes when I make this recipe. 

Like Al Bundy my husband just loves these potatoes and quite frankly so do I. 

The kids always mash them up but they eat them.
