Love is the key ... the harmonic resonance ... open the door and see... behind all things ... is only love. I AM, as all are. We are creator light beings in an amazing unveiling of our own story. In order for us to be 3rd dimensional beings we had to forget. We chose to experience this dualistic existence knowing we would never REALLY lose sight of our true nature, for we understood it was only a vibration away.
As children we come into this world remembering. Do we remember the innocence of being completely and totally happy and content? It's much like being in love. Have we seen ourselves in love? Do we know what we feel like when we are in a complete state of bliss? Do we remember being carefree, with a quiet mind, absent of judgment, with an unbounded freedom and reverberating love from the very core of our being. As the sun radiates warmth, so does our capacity to love all that is, eternally. Our fellow man, ourselves, nature and the universe all benefit from the single point of our own personal vibration of love.
Do we allow ourselves to feel the love of all the things coming to us? Are we aware of the loving resonance of everything around us? To complete this sacred circle, we must be able to receive love as well as give love. Like a fish swimming in the cool ocean waters, they can become unaware of the water's presence as we have become unaware of the love that surrounds us. As we become more aware, this love completes the cycle of our own self-perpetuating joy.
As we prepare for 2012, our spiritual journey is a personal one. Love is an agreement we make with ourselves to appreciate, validate, accept and support who we are in this now moment -: to appreciate our own uniqueness. The path we have chosen is different from anyone else's, but it will take us all to the 5th dimension and beyond.

We are always reaching for new levels of consciousness, understanding, self-awareness and aliveness. These are primary functions of life. Without growth, there is contraction of life-force energy. When we are growing we feel vibrant, alive, healthy and joyful.
By letting go of old constraints and lower vibratory triggers, our growth is ignited by awakening and living in the NOW moment. We may warble into fearful thoughts, but as we grow, we move through these states more rapidly paving the way for more frequent moments in clarity, purpose, and direction. Our insights grow, and we experience more coincidences, telepathic connections, and flashes of inner knowing.
"How much do we actually desire a 5th dimensional existence?" We come to understand we are receiving as much as we are allowing into our lives. Our inner guidance is always leading us to our highest potential, ready to provide us with the best we could ever desire. All we have to learn is following our heart and loving ourselves is the passage into the 5th dimension.
Loving self is the key that opens the door to higher realms. When you love yourself, you love source, and when you love source, you love yourself. As the ancient circle of love completes within us all, we are able to see what was hidden from our eyes. The harmonic resonance of love lifts the veil, and balance is restored. We see the glowing truth behind all things...we are one with all.

<br/> Last week we talked about the ascension process. We learned to raise our vibration by choosing 5D responses over the automatic pre-conditioned reactions we typically have for 3D dilemmas. We came to understand we ARE powerful enough to create our own reality. This week we'll talk about becoming the essence of the 5th dimension and valuing your vibration. We will discuss how you become a responsible manager of yourself and the things you are creating.
Being human is all about the physical, external world; whereas, being your “beingness” is etheric. It’s what you think about, what you create in your mind and the essence of how that makes you feel. It's your imagination and recognizing how powerful it truly is. THAT power is the 5th dimensional state of “beingness” or "ISness." It is where miracles and magic happen.
Knowing you're in 5D is the moment when you realize the joy of actually being on the Earth plane. You no longer miss the planet you came from, because you recognize it's right here. This IS the prize. This is the key. This Earth incarnation is the only place we have an opportunity to learn to connect to and "become" source energy.
What is the road map for a new 5D activated person? As your awareness increases, you integrate unconditional love for yourself and the world around you. Proof of this integration is being able to both give and receive love. Unconditional LOVE is where the ascension process begins. As soon as you love yourself, you are no longer afraid to be yourself. You become your truth. You become more committed to your vibration. As soon as you love the world around you, you see miracles and the divine in all things. You have a new knowing of what “We are all One” means.
As a 5D person, your internal senses...your inner guide, makes you more aware of changes and shifts within. Your emotions will now alert you to when it's time to stop, drop and shift. You are able to realign and center yourself at will and this shift can happen very quickly. You experience a new and very different feeling in which you are able to detach and have power over situations which in the past would have sent you spinning.
Committing to this new 5D vibration requires taking responsibility for what you are allowing in your life. These are crucial steps required for making the transition to 2012 and beyond. Awakening and ascension will happen for Earth and those vibrating at her level. As lightworkers we have an innate desire to want to heal others. To do this, we need to first go within ourselves and accept the “I AM” Consciousness. It starts within us. The "I AM" must come before the We. The "I AM" is the connection to source. To be associated into your own personal "I AM" space allows you to experience your own divinity. You move beyond the veil when you emotionally embrace the totality of the words you are speaking when you say "I AM." It is then you confirm you ARE source energy.
The next step in 5th dimensional consciousness, once we have the awareness of self and our connection to source and the "I AM," is to assist others in understanding their human right to boundless freedom and their natural ability to develop new expectations. Our connection to source is the primary component of our ability to heal and be healed on an incredibly heightened level. However, the healing experience belongs to the person being healed. They must cultivate their personal relationship with source energy alone.
It is time for us to teach others to learn to play and discover miracles again as fearless children. We create a new paradigm by helping others to shift from what they have been hypnotized to believe, into creating new thoughts and embracing a new understanding free from the influence of others.
When we "make believe" with great passion what is going to happen today, we empower others to step into the portal where magic is born. The key is in recognizing when we have imprisoned ourselves in a state of inertia (the four walls we have anchored ourselves in) and objectively see our responsibility and our power to reverse it. Being able to share this gift with others helps to bring forth even more love and the new world we envision.
Love and light is source energy. It is the connection to your ”I AM” presence, which not only ignites the love and light within you, but the love and light you give out to the world. Sanaya Roman says, “Your higher vibration lifts the energy around you.” Love creates healing. Let love flow from us effortlessly to all we see.

Last week we talked about utilizing the potent energies of March to enhance your 5th dimensional creative experience. This week we are blessed with a full moon in Virgo in opposition to the Pisces sun. Although 3rd dimensionally, you may have found yourself challenged, you will become aware of where you are in your ascension process based on what resonates for you this week.
In this opposition, the positive attributes bring a day of high vibration and accomplishment. We achieve because we have re-aligned with our Divine nature and empowered ourselves. This is the hallmark of 5th dimensional reality.
Last week's activation brought us to a point of heightened 5th dimensional co-creation based in trust. In the ascension process we have a choice about our experience and it may be different for all. A year and a half ago Dwaine and I fell into the trap of believing we weren't already good enough as several of our friends and acquaintances pointed out if we were going to go into The Golden Age ahead, we would need to be physically prepared to do so. We spent a few weeks trying out different ways of meeting those physical goals, including meditations for additional DNA, merkoba, chakras and love waves. Some of the audios even played as we slept through the night.
After several nights of waking up to night sweats that literally soaked our bed, we realized the entire process was unnecessary. We had hypnotized ourselves into believing in lack and limitation and in symptoms rather than trusting in the flow of life. It was at this time we simply said STOP, we desire something else. We went directly to source and decided to trust in the flow. It only took a couple of days before the night sweats and every other ascension symptom had disappeared. It was replaced with the experience of freedom, of becoming the observer, of having emotional control, of knowing and feeling unconditional love.
So get excited and know this incredibly, joyful, blissful, loving 5th dimensional experience is available to all and waiting for you to make the choice and step into it. Freedom IS here. Create the reality you desire and ease and grace will accompany your shift into The Golden Age.
