Dr. Harmander Singh
A Simple Hug

She was eighty years young and still very active. In this small town in southwest Virginia, not much happened. It was just another empty day for a senior citizen who lived by herself. Although she has four children, five grandchildren and several great grandchildren, she was often alone.

In need of a few small things at the grocery and a desire to just get out of the house and be among people, she took a trip to the local Kroger's. Since there were only her own needs to satisfy, she walked up and down the aisles with a small cart. With just six items, she headed to the checkout.

He wandered the store. He'd come for a cup of hot soup and perhaps someone to talk to. The soup was good, it always was, but no one wanted to talk to an old man. Disappointed, he was about to leave when he saw her. She headed to the checkout with only a few items.

"Good morning, Ma'am." He smiled, "You can't leave yet?"

She turned toward the voice. A well dr essed man smiled at her. "Excuse me?" she asked.

He pointed to the six items she'd selected. "Your basket is not full."

"There's no need to buy a lot." she replied. "There's no one to eat it."

He stared at her for a moment and said, "I'm so lonely!"

"I know what that's like."

In the middle of an aisle, in a large grocery store, at 11:30 AM, they stood and talked. "My wife and daughter died." he said. "They died too young." His eyes softened as he spoke briefly of them and then added, " I just recently, I lost my little Pomeranian. She was all I had left. Now I'm alone."

"I'm so sorry." She felt her own eyes moisten. He was as alone as she was.

"It's OK." he said bravely. "I hope I can find another dog like her. She was such a joy. At least someone needed me. She gave me purpose. Now I have none. Perhaps I'll get another, but at my age, I don't want to leave her alone when my time comes. Then again, I have this big house. A dog would be happy there. I've lived in it for fifty years. It has big rooms."

"Oh, the homes were built big back then. It was a time when people had large families." She smiled and wondered where the conversation was going.

"They sure did. This old place has four bedrooms. Three of them are empty. It's just me now." He sighed. "There's not much to do. My days are empty. I do get out as often as I can. In fact, every morning I go to McDonalds for breakfast."

"Good for you!" she said. "I try to get out as much as I can myself."

"Those kids at McDonalds are very nice to me. They always greet me with a smile and make such a fuss over me. They're almost like having grandkids. And you know what?"

"What?"

He leaned close and whispered. "They let me have my coffee for free. What do you think of that?"

"That's wonderful!" She knew the joy it must give him to feel welcomed.

They chatted for perhaps twenty minutes. "Well," she looke d into his eyes, which now sparkled with pride over the family he had at McDonalds. "I must be getting home."

"I understand." The sparkle faded. "It was nice talking to you."

"It was nice talking to you too." She touched his hand. "I mean it."

He looked back at her and asked softly, "Can I give you a hug?"

A bit taken by his request, but fully understanding his need, she said, "Yes!"

There they stood, in a warm embrace, in the middle of a busy grocery, on a normal day, that was made special by a simple hug.

That evening, she reflected on her encounter with the man. She felt like he did, alone in the world. How many others her age felt the same loneliness? How many seniors just need a kind ear and perhaps a simple hug?

As we age, many of us find that we can’t do as much as we did just a few years ago. From personal experience, I know that I have slowed down in the number of articles I can write in a week’s time. Just a few years ago I could write 50 to 60 articles in 15 days. Being a ghostwriter back then, I had to produce high quality, high volume work on a short deadline. In just 4 to 5 years time I have noticed that I am not capable of pushing myself to write in high volume.

I could make some good money writing for myself, if I could put out 100 plus articles a month, but I just can’t do... Please read full article: From: Does Aging Mean We Must Feel Fatigued?

Last week we talked about utilizing the potent energies of March to enhance your 5th dimensional creative experience. This week we are blessed with a full moon in Virgo in opposition to the Pisces sun. Although 3rd dimensionally, you may have found yourself challenged, you will become aware of where you are in your ascension process based on what resonates for you this week.

In this opposition, the positive attributes bring a day of high vibration and accomplishment. We achieve because we have re-aligned with our Divine nature and empowered ourselves. This is the hallmark of 5th dimensional reality.

Last week's activation brought us to a point of heightened 5th dimensional co-creation based in trust. In the ascension process we have a choice about our experience and it may be different for all. One of the many lists of common ascension experiences has been nicely summarized by pontfx in the following blog: Click here.

A year and a half ago Dwaine and I fell into the trap of believing we weren't already good enough as several of our friends and acquaintances pointed out if we were going to go into The Golden Age ahead, we would need to be physically prepared to do so. We spent a few weeks trying out different ways of meeting those physical goals, including meditations for additional DNA, merkoba, chakras and love waves. Some of the audios even played as we slept through the night.

After several nights of waking up to night sweats that literally soaked our bed, we realized the entire process was unnecessary. We had hypnotized ourselves into believing in lack and limitation and in symptoms rather than trusting in the flow of life. It was at this time we simply said STOP, we desire something else. We went directly to source and decided to trust in the flow. It only took a couple of days before the night sweats and every other ascension symptom had disappeared. It was replaced with the experience of freedom, of becoming the observer, of having emotional control, of knowing and feeling unconditional love.

So get excited and know this incredibly, joyful, blissful, loving 5th dimensional experience is available to all and waiting for you to make the choice and step into it. Freedom IS here. Create the reality you desire and ease and grace will accompany your shift into The Golden Age.

On our radio show this Wednesday (1:00 p.m. MT, 3:00 p.m. EDT), we will discuss one of the oldest and most natural portals of energy, the sun and take you on a meditative journey to reconnect with your true vibratory nature.

If you are unable to be online for our radio show live, you are welcome to call in and listen by dialing (347) 996-5223 or access the show later from the archives.

Until then, we'd love to see you at our new Harmonic Community (click here) where we have begun work on five different co-creative projects.

We wish you the highest of vibrations as you journey through your week radiating your heart energy wherever you go.

Shine on,

Erica and Dwaine

We are all GOOD ENOUGH …and so much more! As people are beginning to awaken to the new energies of the coming age, many are asking, “where do I begin?” The answer does not lie in recycling, global warming or demanding democracy across the planet. It lies within; we must start with ourselves. In the past, we were inundated with a lot of programming which told us we weren't good enough. This hindered the way many people created their lives. Deprived of the knowledge we could create ANYTHING we desired, we often wound up embracing fear, lack and settling for less. As we progress towards 2012 and The Golden Age, the universe asks us to develop a strong self-image and start turning that old way of being around. We need to embrace the new energy and focus on one fact - we ARE good enough. Doing so will allow us the opportunity to start feeling good enough. It is when we feel good enough we open the doors to unlimited creativity, which allows us to manifest the world we truly desire to live in. The starting point for all of us is in learning where our power is. Where IS your power? Your true power lies in the act of getting quiet and being still. This action does NOT require a large amount of work. It does not require twenty years of yoga meditation, nor the recitation of a million invocations or activations. We simply need to find a quiet place and be still within. In this manner, we are able to find the essence of joy, peace, love, and life. There are two voices within us: the fearful, scared voice and the happy, joyous, excited voice. One voice drains our energy and the other lifts us up. We all know the difference between the two. We have all been exposed to people with these different types of energy and we understand how each impacts us. Our job is to recognize the awareness and be cognizant at that time of our opportunity to choose. We can see it in that moment, in that second and make a choice to shift. We do not need to be in the limitations and density of 3D. We can raise ourselves and fly. Imagination is such an important part of being human. Being able to imagine light and step into it emotionally is a key component to making this shift occur within. We possess UNLIMITED potential in our imagination. By stepping into any given experience we can choose to guide our imagination in that moment. What we think, feel and see is the essence of what we become. Our vibration is what attracts circumstances and events into our lives. Maintaining that vibration at an optimum level will help us bring about the change we wish to experience. Each and every one of you knows that feeling inside, that feeling of being connected to something grander. As you allow yourselves to be just that, be your passion, listen to the subtle voice inside and feel yourself shifting and changing. See the image of yourself radiating with light and love and step into it. Allow yourself to practice that aspect on a daily basis, as that is who you really are. You are this creative spirit. You are this creative being. Be the living expression of the spark within you. Let your love flow. Dance like there is nobody watching, sing like there is no one listening, love like you'll never get hurt and live like there is heaven on Earth, because it IS here. We are here in a time when a great wave has come; we are the beginning of a Renaissance. All our powers are here and waiting for us to use them. Now is the time to shift how we think, how we believe, and what we value. We live in a miraculous world. Let the miracles flow from you. You can turn it inside out. Enlightenment only takes a second and you are never the same again. You have changed and you step out into the world, different. We all are worthy enough. We are all GOOD ENOUGH. We have always been. Sending Love and Light, Erica and Dwaine www.harmonicutopia.com P.S. Thank you Joanne Smith for adding your sparkling touches during editing. You are a true angel in our lives!

The Age of Aquarius
Posted February 14, 2009 by Bodhi
A powerful wind is blowing from the east
Dissipating all the forces with the mark of the beast
A great storm issues from the west
All our humanity will be put to the test
Fires are raging in the north
Urging us all our best to bring forth
The earth tremors in the south compelling
A great wonder that the Earth is birthing.

No eye has seen nor ear has heard
Nor our wildest imaginations ever capture
The stuff of our dreams with our ultimate means,
The heart of the universe, Earth spirit's nurture
The aspirations of the silenced will in reality find
The stones will cry out when all the stars have aligned

The time has come for love to rule the earth
For all peoples to enjoy life 'til death from birth
A time has come for peace in all the realms to reign
And let harmony and gladness shower everybody like rain
The time has come for the wind to blow delirious
To welcome the dawning of the Age of Aquarius!
