The Food Pyramid recommends:
6-11 servings of grain a day such as rice, bread, cereals, and pasta
3-5 servings a day of vegetables, especially green, leafy vegetables
2-4 servings of fruits a day
2-3 servings of meat, fish, eggs, nuts, beans or legumes a day
2-3 servings of dairy products including cheese and yogurt or soy products once in two days
Occasional use of fats, oils, and sweets

Drink 1/3 of a gallon of pure distilled water a day.
Drink 1/4 of a gallon of pure fresh juice a day.
Eat more live foods.
Elimination: You should go #2 three times a day.
Start walking and breathe more.
Exercise more (every day for one hour)
Hot and cold showers.
Wear more cotton and other natural fibers like wool and hemp.
Use natural soap, shampoo, detergent, toothpaste.
Stop watching television, especially the news.
Start loving yourself and your life.
Listen to music.
Laugh more.
Have more sex.
Meditate, follow your spirit.
