A Severe Torturing in the Name of Mental Health Care and Treatments in the Developing Countries – My Personal Experiences and Review

We have greater need for health care services in many parts of the world, particularly in the developing countries, where it is not well provided by the governments except in few cases. So, the private sector plays an important role in it. If there is less attention paid at the governmental hospitals and health care centers, the private sector is not only costly, but there is so much competition that one can go to any extreme to win the gold medal as the best service provider. We discuss this great health concern in this review.

The worst that happens in such cases is that these doctors usually join a penal that has higher authority than normal team of doctors. If it happens to be team of doctors from around the world, it is not just a penal, but a kind of NGO extension that can surpass even the governments. To join such national and internal penal, one simply need to prove not the medical standards, but the social pathology, which one can claim even without being a expert of the field on which the penal works. For example, the dental doctor can qualify to give the sociological aspects blended with psychology in general. It can include almost all faculties of knowledge that can add to such medical works.

This very thing has been warned as not to over trust or rely on others. Also being over suspicious is avoidable. However, many people in mental cases, who are schizophrenic or religious usually, have suspicious nature and doubts. This very nature of suspicion and doubting is highly common among creative people, but in medical manipulations it can be proved as mental sickness.

The doctors, who want medal does ignore the fact that people, who has strong faith lack confidence and thus cannot hide their doubts, fears, and thus suspicious nature as they use it for curiosity and creative imagination for exploring the unknown, which is full of uncertainty and thus the fear of unknown remains present. It has great effect on the knowledge that gives confidence because without knowledge one cannot be confident.

The person or patient with faith has interest in the invisible and thus the unknown, the lack of knowledge about it keeps one fearful, suspicious, doubtful, curious, nervous, and all that can be as if a kind of danger of unknown. However, it does not constitute enough evidence to prove that one is cynical and suspicious until one has less than required knowledge - a need of a kind of affirmation that it is not wrong to have different thoughts and opinions that are not accepted by the majority, but the manipulator can easily prove it in any way as mental problem or sickness.

It does not mean that people do not have mental problems. There are 98% of us facing some kind of mental problems, and only 2% do not face as they are mad.

We take an example of a case in which the mental health care is provided by the doctors, who are not related with this field, but try to prove as all rounder. It makes things so serious and complicated that one does not become a patient, but a victim. The reason for is not lack of health services or medicines, but the irrelevant person trying to be sharp. For example, if a doctor is of dental health care (just an assumption as it can be from any specialization) and acts on behalf of psychiatrist for observations, all will be based on the observations for the given case. Now, the dental doctor can make the medical observations in context of social pathology, in which the network and web-work is not medical pathology, but social and thus we may assume it as social pathology.

One of major drawback in social pathology, which relates to law and order is getting legal documents signed by the person, patient or even the victims, including the ones, who receive funds and sign it as received, but never know anything about it - a crime, which one has not even imagined and thus an immoral act justified with false documentations and witnesses. Suppose anyone, who is a government or non-government employ in many cases tends, and perhaps attempts in some cases to get all documents signed without one's reading it.

In my life, I have signed so many documents without reading just because I honor the authorities and the officials that I usually feel that it is not at all ethical. On the other hand, with written or verbal permission I have signed on behalf of say illiterate people or where I do not have to take any advantage. For example, we may sign if we want to deposit money in the bank, but it is totally wrong to sign to withdraw it.

The officials in the developing countries seem to dislike if one asks to read the documents before signing. This so common that we notice it in many cases where the signs were not authentic as one has not even looked or read the official document including police, lawyer and medical statements, which can harm the entire life of an individual. It is another way of creating and producing the desired documentation, which are basically manipulated or tempered intentionally.

Now, in such cases, as the doctor have more rights than the civilians and also patients. It can go to any extreme. This thing is not detectable or traceable as the system does not allow such a minute analysis or scrutiny. It is thus simply an inquiry in which the doctor also acts as a lawyer because all doctors know about the right they have and thus the medical law. The statements given by the patients can be overruled as if given in state of anger or psychological problem as is it is in the general law of the country.

When all evidences are given by the people, who are healthy and fully aware and conscious, all witnesses go in favor of the medical sector. All have one common fear, the evidence given against a doctor can be as fatal as if it is not a doctor, but someone, who can take revenge when the circumstances change, and thus can harm the family of the patient cum victim. This threat is further protected by the doctors by taking more rights from the governments. Thus, they become a kind of authority that has more rights than they deserve, but there can be no appeal against it. The reason is same, all of us need medical care and if the medical sector gets witnesses that prove that all has something hidden in the entire medical sector, the public or common people feel afraid of it.

In my observations, I have noticed the doctors in many cases acting as if armed forces or military acts. The reason is very simple, the military or armed forces are needed for immediate action or operation and the doctors all do the same. They have to acts quickly as possible. It needs full freedom to act, the defense system, which includes police also depend on what the doctors say. It makes the entire system full of many problems that has deep roots.

The rivalry among the doctors in the private sector goes to extremes against one another. The conspiracies that take place in the medical sector and trying to hide all proofs make it a civilian justice court in which the doctors may acts as lawyer, judge and healer simultaneously. This makes a doctor not just a healer but also gives the state of God, as when a life is saved one becomes a savior and thus claims it. This very claim that one has simply tried to save a life has all that can put to grave. Thus it graves the law and all civilian rights. The families of the dead person a patient cum victim also believes that their family member is getting the best possible. The doctor can threat anyone in the name of disease and thus if not cured can bring death.

No family wants death, so the family obeys all that is said by the doctor. It does not mean that the doctors are wrong. All cannot be thief and all cannot be saints. We are simply discussing about the person, who uses a mask. We are thus talking about the mask not about the person or in this case a doctor.

This mask has such a deep roots in crime and thus criminology that we cannot ignore it. Now, in this case, it is not the doctors, who are responsible for crime, but the higher authorities that have all secrets of the panel and the manipulations that take place in the process. This gives birth to higher level of crime, which the doctors or medical world is forced to do otherwise their exposure is made enough exposure so that they have great fear of their reputation and earning.

Thus, both the doctors and the patients become victims in the respective way. The confidential records works as if the controlling system that allows politicians to play with the medical world and take up the huge share of global funds for such experimentation and their biased or tempered results. In the developing countries it is very common practice of misusing and abusing of power and politics for financial and other gains. In the developed countries, it has similar effects on the public, the common people, the civilians.

We know the people in the west never interfere with life of others, but such tactics are changing public opinions, and people in the advanced or the developed countries have started to give opinions, which they have never done in the human history before, and still avoid to do so. It is dignity and standard of living in the civilized cultures, which need attention not just in the developed countries, but also in the developing countries.

In our mental case, we have a patient, who if cured can make anyone a great doctor. So, this invites the runners for the gold medal. It can a patient of any other disease say AIDS, Cancer, TB, and the endless list. However, if one is cured the medal is there. Thus, a doctor can hire another doctor. It helps to make sure that the team work was done in an authentic and ethical way. It has all copyrights, legal rights and thus a seal that no one can ever reopen. It makes it a secret that is never revealed. Now, the observations that one doctor makes, has authority to do so. It helps to ensure that it was not unauthorized.

How much manipulation is there is yet another secret that the involved team members may not even share with one another. It makes sure that the doctor involved has done all things in such a way that a life is saved. However, in the mental cases, the problems differ a bit, one can become a dependent and some partially that favors few things, which one by and with full conscience may never do start to play its role. Thus, the basic problem is that whatever claims the team members has made cannot be challenged as if one is contradict even for a single statement or observation, the others are there, and above all the law that protects it not as negligence, but a right thing while doing the best possible.

We need special attention about how the medical tests and reports are manipulated. For example, a sample of sweat or perspiration can give lot of information, but it can be easily tempered or changed in such a way that it is not possible to have any dispute. These hundreds of proof constitute a long term, may be for 5-15 years, and thus trusted record that no one can challenge.

These observations and records, which are basically tempered ones, can constitute enough data and information to give a solid evidence to make sure that all that goes as medical treatment fulfills the records needed to prove anything – true or false is not the matter over here.

Let us raise another point that has a gist in such cases. In the social pathology, a plan or conspiracy is well planned thing that is often made to make a person suitable for certain task or experiment. One going through such medical tests and experiments may not ever know that it is the process of conditioning and thus even if one reveals it, no matter false or true, one assumes or becomes a conditioned person, while believing that one knows the truth. This is another point of killing the conscience is conditioned way, which one accepts as so called destiny. However, this destiny is well planned and one goes through it for years or perhaps for generations.

We do not need to go into these details as nowadays, we understand that one can easily become suspicious or doubtful, but it what the traditions, cultures, religions and faiths do, but while one is fully aware and conscious about the process. Our point here is about when one is not conscious of what is happening with his or her family and oneself.

Now, the problem that the team of doctors and the mental patient may keep alive is to keep proving. If the patient does anything different from the sealed report, it is alert for the team. They again do the same circumstantial work to reprove it. Thus, it is the death of conscience, which has been as if mesmerized. Then, the statements given by the patient has no value in the higher authorities and world community in general. If the patient says something in favor and desirable it helps all, and if one does not hurt anyone emotionally or in a similar way at all.

The reason is again very simply. The wrong things said by the patient are abnormal symptoms, which always has been justified from the centuries. This is an easy way to make one schizophrenic and then using the creative intelligence till the end of life. Such patients include many researchers, whose behavior is normally schizophrenic. The recognition has never been given to such people, but their works are widely used as the raw material. They are simply the mental laborers.

Now, the doctors that prove all that starts from abnormal to schizophrenic and finally claiming it to be cured get the medals, the recognition, name, fame and whatever they need. The patients remains silently graved in the research reports saying that the treatments was tried and found successful among 10, 0000 patients around the world and the team that participated in it are as follows.

The patient has proud of being in the list of some 10, 0000 people, who responded well to the treatments. It is very sad thing to say and it is not at all a taunting or joking.

The patients are selected in such a way that if one gets aware, there can be many ways and thus already set proofs that can show the gender game playing in the audios and videos about how man is woman and woman is man, a common problem that most of the youth learns from imitating the opposite sex right from the childhood. If one is at subconscious level and does something that is a proof, but surely it seems to invite serious attention if one was brought to this level by medicines or suggestions and thus the circumstantial effects that has a great effect on human psychology. We in India have 8 categories of marriage, about which are discussing just one. This is called the Pishaach Marriage, in which one is medically abused with drugs to prove as either immoral or all other that we can relate to sex and morality.

The medical panel in which one wants to check how a noble or person of good character would feel if one has to go through unethical, immoral and extra-martial relations, and such things can do greater harm than good. We now know that medical sector wants to explore what controls the conscience decisions, the essence of ethics and value system. However, it is seduction in such a way that anyone can be proved either tempted or immoral. This is common fear of all God fearing people and those, who strongly value the commitments in human relations. Now, the sex, will and moral have a great relation as one relates to desires, one to determination and the last to ethics. The sex is not the only factor, any desire to possess anything without moral is cheating or immoral and thus mismanagement of desire. In it, the Indian Philosophy and Psychology suggests 4 main points:

1. Duty (Dharma) – Philosophical Aspects
2. Money and Possessions (Arth) – Economical Aspects
3. Desire and Sex (Kama) – Psychological Aspects
4, Moksha (The Freedom of Self-liberation) – Spiritual Aspects

The priority to these is given equally as these are interrelated.

Now, without doing one’s duty one is not mentally normal, if one does not care for money and possession one is not mentally normal, if one cannot control emotions leads to mental abnormality and finally if one starts dwelling how others think and feel; one can never liberate from this influence to have one’s own thoughts and feelings. The last point of self-liberation is to be a human with all that one learns from self-experiences not from books or opinions of others about how one should think, feel and act.

This makes it easier for the manipulating doctor to know and cheat knowingly as this vast knowledge can be proved and disproved very easily without any experiences as all it needs data and tests that can be tempered and or manipulated. This thing is known and felt by conscience. I strongly appeal to the doctors and the medical teams involved in such works to take care that anyone among them does not get the advantage of any type by manipulating to get name, fame, recognition and all that has to do with the medal. Simply think about the patient or conscience that goes through it, which is not humanly way of working for evolution whether medically, technologically or any other method.

The medical penal that treats the mental health care cases work as if a lobby internationally and how they can hire anyone for anything is a serious point that we will discuss in this forum as well.

The first point in it includes the creation of what I call as circumstantial problems. It is the neighborhood that works as if part of social pathology, in which one acts and reacts. Thus, it helps in all possible experimentation done on the individual, family or a group. The point in it is that it is so insignificant to observe and make any observation about what is wrong, one may never make any sense out of it.

"Love Thy Neighbor"

and "Love Thy Enemy"

are the most acceptable truths that are universal in nature. How its violation takes place in war, violence and violation of social ethics and value system is part of our discussion as we continue.

Suppose someone from my neighborhood comes and tells me the truths about others, it will slowly create opinions that follow the actions and reactions following the stimulus and response theory.

A man can ask my father or me to show papers that may prove that someone has an illegally acquired land. Now, suppose some people are on rent there, they will seem to create problem as well as they are illiterate migrants from the villages, the laborers from UP and Bihar states of India, and the women living there usually shout and yell too much. The bitterness is not at all towards them and I have no bitter or bad opinion about and of them as they work, earn and eat; but their speaking so loudly and yelling - shouting. It is creating the entire scenario in such a way that the entire location becomes a site for experimentation, the psychological condition. Why this person wants to distract me has some intentions. For example, suppose I have been labeled as a Sikh terrorist by the same person when I was studying abroad. It needs evidences and proofs for it.

The person before blaming or labeling creates enough proofs for the self-defense.

The involved person can have all the most visited places and people by me when I was abroad. Here comes the community and ethnicity in role when the religious difference seem making discrimination without a cause. It is something called serving national integration and security and thus removing any threat this way using the medical world against criminology.

Here, we can take an example for creating opinions for a particularly community. The refugees in India live all over the world and mostly they are targeted as for opposition as they immediately unite for any given cause that is either in favor or against them.

For example if one of my refugee friends has gone rich by tutoring, he (the person involved in the serving nation for the perfectionist's integration) will keep pointing that I should have succeeded more than him as I deserve in his pretended words. One day, I will speak about it and his work is done and proved. My friends will never know why and what made me react like that while I never did it before. So, I helped the person create the solid proofs mapped and tapped well because he is also my friend.

The person involved will create opinions, rumors and thus opposition leading to conflicts that involve people just because of caste, creed, ethnicity or community. These people in the east and particular in India are fundamentalists, who claim to trust all religions and faiths, but it is the opposite.

One of my friend, who contacted this person claimed the same. He is Aussie and this person is with same fiber frame work. They labeled me as terrorist and then starts the experimentation on the health bases, so called headaches. The Christopher Singh Mooney (an Aussie) and he met, then the person from our locality kept saying and witnessing that he, Mr. Mooney is a detective or CID (Vigilance) officer of Australian government and intentionally visited our home in India to report and prove me a terrorist. His repeated statements in the most sympathetic, compassionate and family friend way were enough for our family and me to believe that he is right. However, only the heavens know the truth, as what has been done cannot be undone. All of the above tests that we are discussing are put into practice.

It involves the family and other people about which we will discuss next time. It may seem a wonderful sci-fiction though as I am a writer, but surely not as I have gone through it for 32 years. The following points are considerable:

1. Identifying the person for the above experimentation

2. Creating all that can prove one sick or criminal

3. Forcing one to go through the behavior modification for years

4. If one dies, it is OK (a sick can die), and if survive appeals for the innocence, who was proved sick or criminal purposefully to acclaim double credit:

a. Helping authorities to identify wrong people
b. Helping the same people as victims

It wins the hearts of both governments and the public. Now, the show has two ends:

a. One has become a normal, but not acceptable for any development in life as one has proved wrong at so many places that all appeals fail.

b. The failures of appeals is the final and never ever defeated victory of the fundamentalists because they can make one waste life in the way they plan and create, and thus the social pathology for one to live and die.

Now, when world supports it, who can oppose?

If one is helped due to public pressure, ultimately one is used winning hearts of millions by individuals, groups or the panels, and later on the same tactics are used again with better research tests on the same person and others. It is antisocial and against humanity and nature, and thus the natural world. So, how and who one can ever know about the cause of global suffering?

Meeting some unknown people, who may be terrorists can also create proofs, and going to religious places and talking about interfaith and comparative religious studies may seem as if one masks all of these proofs - another proof of delinquency in character and thus a ready to be acted upon patient. Respected Carol, it is very common as mostly people are projected as holy, saints, social workers, and the endless list, but they mostly work for the governments not independently as they may wish.

The religious people usually go through discrimination or are just put in such a position that they do what they are told not what they want to do.

We notice that it can go up to the level of UNO representatives or world security council.

In my opinion, I was the victim to be projected a good person, who may do such works without having my own conscience. Thanks!

The great religious preachers; they cannot do what they should do.

For carrying the experimentation, one goes through all kinds of experimentation until one is conditioned.

However, as it is conditioning of the subconscious it may fail in some cases as unconscious mind may remove these brain controlling experimentation if one practices meditation and dwells on faith.

So, in my case, I noticed that my subconscious was as if programmed, but due to influence of unconscious, the meditation, I was able to discern and neutralize the conditioning.

What I say is well told by my friends in Australia, who were my well wishers, including one great Christian spiritual. Upon arriving in India, I was also interrogated on my back as if a traitor, a spiritual institution (Gobind Sadan at Mahrauli New Delhi) told me and thus it was where they described it in 1991.

We usually believe that many countries participate in such kind of practices that are useful for defense and security, but it should not be practiced on all. Some people, like me have universal thoughts and ideas that cannot allow to favor any country. My concern is for the natural world not for any country or region.

Yes, I noticed the brain mapping and tapping from my normal life to spiritual and then my local to international utility as if I can be projected as a good or holy person, who may work for some countries.

However, I cannot accept, but it took about 7 years to erase the severely bad effects of this programming that is based on artificial intelligence.

Last 20 years have been wasted in this conditioning, but it does not mater, it has helped me to be stronger for serving the natural world in a better way, but now I feel tired and exhausted.

When we consider the sociological aspects like religions and faiths, in condition or state of minority, we mostly observe the biased medical works, researches and even treatments given with some discrimination. It is very common practice and we may consider this condition as of say Sikhs as minority or even all other world religions like Christians, Muslims, True Hindus, and many others rooted from hundreds or thousands of years before facing crucial hazards as minority and thus oppression causing mental and general health problems.

This creates and promotes that fatal religious fundamentalism that may with support of many fake or false witnesses in context of health care and other human related concerns can easily violates the ethics and value system in almost spheres when we consider about healthy life style. I do not support all opinions, however these clearly reflect the fears and doubts that dwell among many minorities, and Sikhs as a minority have gone into many divisions as into many sects and cults that usually hides its true face and thus the role in greater contribution in the east and west, particularly in the developing counties and thus affecting the mental health.

The minorities need to be aware, even if they never seem to unite for greater and thus significant contribution to world community when money, power and politics plays its role. Thanks!

One of the reasons that mental health care cases are dragged longer than ever needed is that there is always a great scope of better and thus greater results. So, keeps going on. The proofs that antidepressants create as evidence for need of and for behavior modification may constitute a strong impact on the overall process that are named as research works. The worse still are the proofs that the depressants create as both constitute enough that can never constitute a full stop ever saying that enough is enough.

It is as if digging deeper as if human brain is a mine, is not it. However, as a naturalist I do not agree with this crime against human conscience (and natural world in general) in the name of evolution and thus adding more to artificial intelligence. It is as if we will have enough for our future generations so that they will not have anything in store troubling them to do any researches about mental health and health in general.

In my opinion it is a grave crime done inhumanly as one is a product in the experiment as discussed above, neither human nor computer, but just an object of experiments, the never ending series. I request to world community, particularly the thinkers and public to give some voice of compassion so that this suffering comes to an end.

One of the major reason that it does not seem to end is that it has become part of global marketing, particularly the pharmaceutical world. The social status in the developed countries depends mainly on the status and riches one has. The more one shows and proves to have it, more stronger one is considered at the cost of violation of ethics and value systems that constitute the character of the person. We need strong character that may have some say as I have noticed that through the file presentations that include audio, video, signatures of people involved and witness can make anyone a great social worker in all the NGO fields and we will discuss about how many people go for WHO and misuse of its funds, while attaining higher status, rank and thus say in the world community.

To me (based on my research, studies, observations and experiences without trying to be so called center of attention or VIP) the following top most 10 reasons for not finalizing the above cases in any favor:


1. All meetings are well paid, so in each meeting another meeting is considered as needed

2. Each test, experiment and observation gives higher worth and value to the people involved to state its weak points, an easy way to be center of attention, the VIP treat

3. The panel members also get promotions when their seniors visit in the meetings so it helps as a great opportunity to be observed as a dedicated and devoted person

4. Some people involved point out the level of suspicions that gives special worth to their perfection, as these may be the creator of social pathology

5. In the developing the research work is least done, so the compilation of files with references to the international level of research finds are proved by this way or that

6. The person involved as patient can have variations in many things, which are contradictory or repetitions. For example if I keep repeating name of God, it is a mechanical activity with spiritual intentions. Thus hidden motives behind it are put to more tests and observations and thus prolonged way for getting soup from the scrap

7. All analysis go through scientific and technological tests so the people involved actually do not have any substantial way to do or prove anything based on their higher caliber of intelligence and experiences. So, what is left is to keep suggesting new tests that has not been done ever before, the specialization in giving suggestions that is absent when there is any other duties that involve humanly works are needed to be done without computers and equipments or giving full time to work of any kind

8. The examination papers in the developing countries are set by the experts not by the professors or teachers, who teach. It has always fogged the way any research is done, so the expert give such a difficult set of questions or tests that is difficult, and when anyone fails, it gives credit to the superior level of knowledge and intelligence, but it has almost no wisdom as the practical works and the real life is not bookish or the high level of intelligence expected. Thus, the experts, who seniors usually get joy out of studies and thus prove that they are capable and the students are not and thus can never be. It helps to keep the seat safe longer

The fundamentalists, who mostly get the higher positions and ranks put enough hardships to the individuals to prove their inability and thus there is least chance that the big trees will ever allow the small ones grow and develop in their shadow of superiority, suspicion and maintaining the self-created doubts that can be easily proved as most of the minorities, which constitute the majority may keep proving because the minorities have a set of ethics and values, which if they think and feel is attacked; they react with great intensity vivid as if attacking reaction - a proof of threat to the governing system and society. Doubt and suspicions has hidden fears that if anyone from the minorities gets anything done right and thus getting attention from the national and international platforms, it may at some stage give some exposure to the fundamentalism. The above points make one struggle more for some respect, honor and recognition, which by itself is a proof that one is struggling, and thus opposing and fighting against the system. This a common problem with minorities that is presented as the best proof that if one struggles one has some hidden motives and thus constitutes all the grounds for any or all labels that can prevent the progress and development of the minorities or the individual, who become a victim as we have discussed above.
