Hello all! I have been a lacto/ovo for about 4.5 years now and it seems I have hit a brick wall in my weight loss and overall progress. Just a week ago I was informed of something called the Glycemic Index; which, can still hurt me in weight and sugar intake. Since my family has a history of Sugar problems I was shocked about it. I study Sports and Fitness Management and I just learned about something that now seems so important. I don't anyone around me who are vegetarians; so, I am looking for some pals to converse with for advise and support. I guess my confusion is both in diet planning and exercise. I know that planning a diet has to go in line with a proper diet. I can put one together but not both and that is something I need to learn to do.
