My favorite aspects about being alive is to learn and apply knowledge to life and matters of the heart. I love being surrounded by people who enjoy life. Quantity is not so important to me as quality. Quality time with loved ones means so much more than existing in the same space with many people without interaction.

I also need quality time with myself to slow down my thoughts and focus on feeling peaceful within. The secret to accomplishing anything for me is to write those wants down while believing in my heart that all is possible. Feeling grateful for what I already have is the first point of inner peace and power. I am living in the results of a thought I thought before. Whatever the mind thinks, the body follows.
