ABOUT
I lead a very diverse and busy life. I act, model for various companies, take a lot of road trips and love learning new things. I'm usually rediculously busy, which for me is good, otherwise I would go crazy. I am also known to start the most random hobbies.
WHAT YOU DO TO HELP THE WORLD
Walk or bike when I can to avoid unnecessary driving, and have a car that gets 36mpg. I don't litter Smile
WELLNESS MESSAGE OR TIP THAT YOU'D LIKE TO SHARE
Fueling your body with food that it needs will help cut cravings for food that does nothing for you - like pizza, candy and junk foods. Also, getting some activity first thing in the morning will help keep your body going all day, and help you to sleep better at night. If we are good to our bodies, they are good to us.
HOW YOU IMPLEMENT WELLNESS
Knowing what is in the food we eat, to avoid unnecessary additives. I also do p90x, ride my bike and go to the gym. I am constantly learning new ways to implement wellness by learning how to take care of my mind as well. The brain is a muscle and we must keep it well exercised.

that is cool you do p90x. I have a friend who is a beach body coach and is on to P90X Insanity now, haha. I tried it a few times once before, it takes serious mental power and commitment...so kudos to you! :biggrin:
