I'm now fascinated by how our day-to-day habits "make us or break us." Currently, I'm trying to work on my coffee habit. The "drawback" to that is that I'm sleeping more and getting less done. Hopefully, once this "withdrawal" is over with. I'll have more energy and be more clear-headed.

Hi shannon, good to know!! I love coffee and the aorma of it when its brewing...yea, coffee not only dehyrates your body, makes your internal environment acidic. So you wanna kick that habit real soon!! If you still like to sip something hot, then try ginger lemon with honey tea.

Thanks for your advice on 9/14, shiningstar. My energy really tanked when I decreased my coffee which was annoying. My caffeine habit has recommenced so I still have to work on it. You've given me some good advice to consider, though...And happily belated birthday, too!
